Revolut warns the users to be aware of fake support agents which ask for emailing a selfie or install 3rd party application. However, Revolut reminds that no one from the company will ask you to install some additional app, send passwords or other login details, and send an email with personal information or selfies. That information can be used to hack your account which could lead to financial loses.
The company hints that the users should use the Revolut’s in-app support feature. It does not provide help via phone, SMS or emails. That means, never try to answer an email letter or SMS message claiming it is Revolut support team.
Also, Revolut asks to contact them via in-app support if you got one of these calls or emails. That might help to save other users and you.
